Tower classes

Looking to level up? Meet Pilates’ best kept secret - the tower/springboard. This bad boy is one of the five Pilates apparatuses and packs in mat work, props, leg and arm springs, and more. 

But, what's the difference between the Pilates reformer and the tower?  For starters, the tower is a wall-mounted apparatus with springs (similar to the reformer springs) that move higher or lower depending on the exercise. Imagine a lot of the same exercises, but with a unique feel on each piece of equipment. Take feet in straps, for example - it's one of the classics on the reformer, but it feels like a whole new adventure on the Tower. Plus, getting comfortable with the Springboard will make you a reformer ninja! So, get ready to rock those "feet in straps" tower-style.

Each class has a maximum of six clients, so there’s no  getting lost in the crowd. We pride ourselves on getting to  know each student personally, to make sure you get the  most out of your workout. Our instructors are all about  keeping it positive and supportive, so you'll feel right at  home.

ABOUT OUR Tower CLASSES

TOWER x foundations

Your introduction to the Pilates tower/springboard. Build skill and confidence while learning to use all elements of the springboard and make connections between the tower and familiar exercises on the reformer. Class will focus on reinforcing the fundamental Pilates principles and exercises. Just like our Reformer x Fundamentals class, this is taught with a layered approach and optional props, and is suitable for beginners, yet will still be a challenge to the more experienced mover.

TOWER x remix

Set to the beat of a kick-ass playlist, Remix is an exhilarating and empowering way to workout. Combining the mindfulness and body awareness of Pilates with the sculpting and fast-pace of Barre. This class uses the Tower springs to sculpt your muscles, mat work to give you that crazy Pilates endurance, and a variety of props to keep it spicy.

TOWER x flow

Looking for a workout that targets all the right places? Look no further than our Flow class! Targeted exercises are designed to sculpt your body where you want it most. Unlike the Reformer, the springs can move positions, resulting in a unique muscle activation that's perfect for sculpting. We'll focus on toning your abs, sculpting your arms, and shaping your glutes. Plus, you'll gain a deeper understanding of familiar Pilates exercises like supine arms, swan, and feet in straps, by performing them on the tower. Get ready for the same exercises with an entirely different feeling!

STUDIO PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Life can be unpredictable, so please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. Our studio is designed for clients appreciate very small class size and individualized attention. The six class spots fill up fast, and most have waitlists. Our strict cancellation policy reflects this and out of fairness to all clients, it is applied without exception.

Kink Pilates has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all group classes and private/semi-private sessions. Cancellations must be made through the Kink App, or via email.

Our cancellation policy will be enforced no matter what the reason for canceling.

We do not accept cancellations via text or social media.

Unlimited members will be charged $25 per late cancellation.

In addition to forfeiting the class, “no-shows” will be charged $30 - both members and non-members.

Please respect our studio policies and do not ask for exceptions/exemptions to be made.

Payment must be made at the time of booking. Time slots cannot be reserved without payment.
